Maintenance of Cone Crusher ’s Bowl Bearing includes: (A) the maintenance of a fixed bowl: bowl-shaped tile is fixed to the cast zinc bearing with a cylindrical pin. if loose ,it need to be re-casted with zinc alloy. While lifting the moving cone, it will be glued to the cone sphere, and causing an accident; (B) exam the watt bowl’s contact condition: The bowl-watt should be in contact with the contact ring with width of 0.3-0.5 feet. If exposure to excessive scratching, it need re-repair. (C) Check the surface of tile bowl: When the tile surface wear to the oil groove’s bottom (oil groove polished) or show a fixed pin or cracks ,it should be replaced; (D) bearing Bowl should be tie with the rack, if grind gap occurs ,the spindle will cause poor contact with their sleeve, or even to impact each other . The dust and water will splash into the machine and damage the body ‘s lubrication. If the gap is greater than 2 mm ,it should be repaired or replaced. http://fa....
